How do I change the right front headlight to a 2004 mitsubishi eclipse?

The owners manual said to disconnect the connector and remove the sealing cover, but I can't figure how to disconnect the connector, and I'm afraid I will break something.How do I change the right front headlight to a 2004 mitsubishi eclipse?im not much of a car person so i wouldn't change it myself. usually advanced auto will do it for you for free if you buy it there.
