How do you replace the headlight bulb on a 1997 Dodge caravan?

In the past and on other vehicles I've just pulled the bulb out from the inside of the car (behind the grille) but on the caravan it does not want to come loose so before I yank harder to pull it out, I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
