How much do you think it would cost me to get this car running and looking nice again?

93' Volvo 850 GLT

It has these problems with it:

Has the wrong fuel pump in it

Bad front axel

Door Panel Ripped off (I hate people)

Headlight wipers ripped off

The stuff on the ceiling (not the actual ceiling) ripped off

AC/Heater doesn't work

Dents and bad paint job

Doesn't idle (I think it's only the fuel pump)

Broken glove box

I just got it too days ago, for the best price! Free. My Mommy gave it to me. ;)

How much would it cost me to take in to a Volvo mechanic and get it fixed?

If I know how to do it myself (I am pretty sure my uncle can fix it) how much would all the parts be?

Thanks! How much do you think it would cost me to get this car running and looking nice again?I had a hole in my ac fixed and it alone cost $650 alone. I think you are easily looking at $2500 in problems you listed and probably another $500 in things you dont know are wrong (things like motor mounts, warped breaks, etc...).It would be cheaper just to buy another car.How much do you think it would cost me to get this car running and looking nice again?i'd say a fair bit. At least 1000. The AC/Heater problem could well be a big job itself depending on what part of the whole system is broken. In my car the air was not being compressed because the compression box thingy had sheared off. It'll cost me 700 pounds to fix. Just to give you an idea...

EDIT: The battery alone can cost 200-400.How much do you think it would cost me to get this car running and looking nice again? If you check KBB.com or Edmunds.com or NADA.com or.... I think you will find that a 93 Volvo 850 in outstanding condition: everything works perfectly, no body damage, spotless interior, is worth $1,500 at most.

In short, it's not worth fixing. How much do you think it would cost me to get this car running and looking nice again?Well like most people would say its not worth putting alot of money into the car. Unless you just want a project car. You mine as well customize the car if ya going to do that much repairs...
