How much will it cost to fix my headlight?

My car is a 2003 Chevy Cavalier LS. When I accidently hit my neighbor's car (who didn't seem to care), my right headlight got knocked out of place. Northing is cracked or broken, just needs to get realigned. I can see with it fine. Thanks! How much will it cost to fix my headlight?About $50 at a body shop if all it needs is realigning. There are about three alignment screws at the perimeter of the headlight holding the lens to the headlight frame. These adjust the aim of the lights.

However, if you have actually cracked the headlight mounting frame behind the clear lens, you're looking at a lot more.

might have to remove some trim to access the two alignment screws, usually one on top or bottom to adjust up/down and one on the side to adjust side to side.

pull up to either a wall or a garage door (leaving about 10-12 feet), find what height the center of the one is that isn't screwed up, and make a horizontal mark on the wall/garage door. measure from center of headlight to center of the other headlight on the car, then measure that far from the center of the correct headlight shining on the wall/garage door ... and put a vertical mark.

then start adjusting up/down and right/left until the center of the beam lines up with the marks on the wall/garage door...

that will get you pretty close.
